Keto Cheese Cracker, No Carb, Low Carb & Flour Free
I was totally craving something crispy and salty today! I usually go get some Cheese-It's when I get that craving, but those are totally NOT Keto Friendly! I went for something super super super simple! Literally got some shredded cheese and magically created crackers! OK, not really crackers, but I get that cheesy crunch I'm looking for!
Ugh, my pics are so dull! I'm a natural light photographer and try to avoid using fake light at all costs! It was crazy cloudy so I didn't get much natural light in my super tiny window today. I think I'll invest in at least a reflector in the future.
Ingredients:
- Shredded Cheese
- Salt (optional)
What to Do:
Line a baking sheet (or in my case, wire rack) with some Parchment Paper and take pinches of cheese to your desired size along the paper. I put these in my toaster oven at 425F for 5 mins and they were done! If you want them a little salty to really get that cracker taste, you can add some salt with the cheese in a bowl and continue.
