Peppermint Chocolate Fat Bombs - Keto & Low Carb


So I was really in the mood for something Christmassy and to me, that means peppermint. Weird, right?! But I know I am not the only one!! These fat bombs legit, melt in your mouth. Don't hold onto it for too long, otherwise you'll have loads of chocolate goodness all over your fingers! I wish I would have added a little more peppermint but they are still amazingly delish! The recipe is super simple as it only calls for 4 ingredients!!


4 Ingredient Fat Bomb Recipe
  • 1/2 C Organic Coconut Oil (does not have to be organic)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder


How to Make:
  • Melt the oil if not already in liquid form
  • Mix in the oil, peppermint extract and sweetener and distribute half into your molds
  • Place into the freezer to get solid (this will then turn white)
  • Mix in the cocoa powder with the rest of the liquid
  • Once the mixture in the freezer is cooled down, pour the rest of the mix and put back to get solid
  • ENJOY!!
