I decided that I want to keep myself even more accountable on my weight loss journey and not only maintain an Instagram account, but also maintain a health and weight loss blog. Here, I will make occasional updates on my journey and even share food experiments on my ways of a ketogenic lifestyle. I hope you stay tuned and enjoy this amazing ride with me on my new journey!

Let's begin with my absolute most favorite part and new staple of my Keto lifestyle and that's my Elli Quark yogurt. These amazing cups of heaven contain no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, no starchy fillers, no gelatin and no gluten. They are also GMO free with all natural ingredients, vegetarian friendly with rBST free milk. My favorite flavor is the Mixed Berry and is only 4 Net Carbs PER CUP! Yes, you read that right! And no, I am not being paid nor am I sponsored by this company, I just love the brand and stand by it that much! I hated that I could no longer have my smoothies and yogurt when I began my keto lifestyle. I had no idea what I would do to substitute this sweet, little pleasure of mine. You can imagine my excitement when I happened to be kid-free shopping at Publix, having the time to actually READ labels and find this hidden treasure amongst all the other brands and varieties if yogurt! I'm sure I could feel the random eyes on me and hear the thoughts of passerby's thinking "who the hell is this crazy woman and why is she so excited about yogurt?!" but I didn't care! And yes, I did do a slight jump and slipped out a girly squeal of happiness! I have no shame and care less what others think of me. 

So, if you happen to be on a similar journey and love to indulge and not want to risk the carbs, give this a try! The fresh blueberries ALWAYS complete this sweet treat too! I have about 1/4 cup of them bringing this to about 8 net carbs per cup! My goal is to keep my net carbs at about 20 per day and still manage to maintain that goal with this deliciousness!
